I was struck by two things about this letter.
It was written by a proclaimed "Editor in Chief" and used the most
atrocious grammar and spelling I have seen in a while. I almost wonder if
they didn't get hacked. I know 7th graders that write better. A lot

This happens to me on FreeBSD with XiGraphics X servers. What is really
weird is that if I shade then unshade the window it will work again. It
happens under windowmaker, blackbox and twm so I don't think it is a
blackbox.
