I just spent some time updating ptlib and opal.
Both packages were a bit of a pain because they needed a sed and a patch
respectively.
Then I checked what used these packages. The only package that uses
ptlib is opal and the only package that uses opal is
archive/gnome-obsolete/ekiga.xml
