This is certainly going to not be 100 % on-topic, but I see no better

Ever since I read "Der Unix-Werkzeugkasten" (most likely the German
translation of "The Unix Programming Environment") by Kernighan/Pike, I
wanted to have my own Unix machine. And

This is my first attempt to actually contribute something, so please

While trying to impose a fake-root installation upon teTeX-3.0, I found
a (harmless) oversight. texconfig still uses 'sort +1', which can easily
be fixed:
