Only things I can think of off-hand is to firstly make sure the window is in fact maximised etc. (Alt+Space, then X), but since that's the system menu, I suppose it might not want to work or something. Alternatively, you could try a printscreen/screen capture, and then try do a form of OCR on

Well, I tried using the left and right arrow keys when the tools menu was activated, and nothing happened when I pressed left arrow, and I got the help menu when I pressed the right arrow, but it didn't read at all. I can activate the system menu and I did restore and also maximize, but
