FWIW, on a couple of computers, I had that same error message popping up,
and the only way that worked around it was to in fact first install a
version of Jaws 8, and then install Jaws 9.
That was a relatively early version of Jaws 9, so it might now be somewhat
better, but not sure.
Stay well
Hi, I would uninstall Zone alarm and just use the Windows Firewall. I know it's
not the best, but if you know what you're doing you should be fairly safe. Hope
this helps.

Well, I got in there and adjusted my virtual memory. No change. Still
getting the pop up saying that some items in the Email can't be opened and
then that there is not enough memory.
I forgot to mention that I am using Outlook Express.

You don't need to open up your computer. Go to the control panel and open
the System icon. Press Control-Tab to get to the hardware tab. Press Tab
once to get to the Device Manager button. Press the Space bar then Tab to
your computer name. You will then be in a tree that shows all the

Hi Russ,
Thanks, I was hoping I wouldn't have to open the computer to find this out.
I guess the inevitable will have to happen. Thanks again.

Tom,
Ok I have searched and to no avail.
I cannot find the outbox in Explorer.
Both my husband and I have both looked. We get to Windows mail, found
several dll files etc, but no outbox file. Am I looking in the wrong
place?
Thanks for your help,
Guided by His light,
Dixie

Hi Chris,
Sure, send the files to me and I'll take a quick look. I'm guessing you
will need to use either a count command, or an If/Then.

Hi, the current versions of Zone Alarm sucks in my opinion, particularly in
terms of accessibility. So I just use the Windows Firewall and, touch wood, I
haven't been hacked.
