I have an older version of Norton (Internet Security version 2006) and that
may be the problem. But I can't seem to remove this 1 Trojan horse. Does
anyone have any suggestions?

and tell them about your problem.
Anything to do with Microsoft updates gets a free tech support ticket, and

Does anybody know how to fix the following problem?
When I try to install windows updates I get a message saying windows modules
installer has stopped working. I can install office updates from the updates
website.
