First, launch NVDA and press Insert-Control-S for the Synthesizer dialog and select Sapi4 using the cursor keys. Then, tab to Okay . Next, press Insert-Control-V for the Voices dialog and select Reed. Adjust the other voice settings as you see fit and tab to Okay. HTH. Gerald -
