To uninstall any program, it must first be closed. If you can't close Flock using Alt-F4, close it using the Windows Task Manager (Alt-Control-Delete). Flock should be listed on the Applications page. Tab once to the End Task button, hit Space, and Flock should close. Then you can continue w
