Recently, I was having a problem with my laptop shutting down without warning.
I thought that I was in real trouble until Chris and a couple of other helpful
people suggested that the thing might be overheating and shutting down. It
was. I had placed it in a shelf which is enclosed on 3 sides

I was trying to open the jarte help system but I got a message saying that it

OK, the problem persists even after removing IE 8. However, I did find
out something interesting. If I don't automatically launch JFW after a
reboot and try it with SATOGO it works fine. If I then go back and try
it with any version of JFW from 9 to 11 it doesn't work. Never seen this
one before.

If you go back to IE 7 your problems might go away.

Jacob, I tried it and it quits at the registration point. Internet explorer
gave a security warning before the download started so i went ahead and did
the installation directions but it stopped on the registration. Would like

Hi Rick, thanks for the suggestion. I tried it with version 9 and
version 11 of JFW with the same results. I thought the local group
policy may have been set to use an update server other then
update.microsoft.com but that was not the case. I also tried it with
SATOGO with no luck.

I always use it for ejectingg cd's,
and yesterday I tried it with a flash drive, and noticed
