I'm running Windows XP Home service pack 3, and JAWS 11 with the
latest upgrade.
I was playing a game in the cd drive and the computer froze.
Outlook was still open at the time. I couldn't reset and had to
hold the on/offonoff button in until shutdown. Now I cannot open

Did you try shift enter? I had that problem one time when I was trying to
tune in for a friend's oldies show and I hit shift enter. After that, I was
able to hear the show.
