I just went into windows update to check if every thing was set up correctly
and it had that my computer was set to recieve updates automatically but when I
went and entered on pick a time it had three am and under automatic updates on
my computer the time is set to ten am is that all right
I have mine set on the computer for 5 am. So when the widnows update,

I am running Jaws 10,11, and 12 on a Dell Inspiron 1545 which has XP
professional on it. No matter what I am doing whether it be surfing the
internet or checking mail through Outlook Express or even listening to music on
my Windows Media Player I more times than not either get a message
If you are having trouble shutting down programs, you should perform some
basic system maintenance like deleting old files and unused programs, and
defragging your hard drive. Of course, you can always force a program to
shut down using Windows Task Manager.

as having the problems after rebooting the answer to your question is no I
don't have the problems after rebooting.

a " .R " file extension but, with all the time I spend on Doctor Phil's

Seriously, if it is a " .RAR " file extension you can download a program
called 7Zip,
There in fact is no such extension at least to my knowledge of .R. I agree
with Mr. Mike of course he's been in therapy for so long who knows how Dr.
Phil has him programmed.
