I have a 1 TB hd. Using windows 7 32 bit and the drive is usb 2.0. When I turn the drive on you hear the windows tone notifying about new hardware however the drive is not seen. Sometimes if I turn it off and back on I then can access. Today I attempted that 3 times and then the system indicated

Carlos, It is not as simple as assigning a letter if your system BIOS is not recognizing the drive. Is it possible whoever put it in accidentally unplugged the CD Rom? I would check that first. If you need to start poking around in the BIOS you will need sighted assistance Al -Original Messa

Hello There, sounds like you're forgetting the control key. Try moving cursor to beginning of word, hold the control key as well as the shift and right arrow key. BTW: I have the same keyboard, but higher level for media and games and all works ok as far as selecting text. HTH! Best Regards, Co

Hi. My Logitech MK-300 wireless keyboard was wearing out, so I bought a new one: the Logitech MK-320. I'm having a problem when it comes to selecting text by word. I hold down shift + JAWS key + numpad right arrow to select the word but it doesn't move. It just sits there. I can, however, sel
