MSE checks for updates at least once a day. It does this without any
intervention through Windows Update. I have Windows Update set to alert me
only when there are system updates. It still retrieves the definitions

I've read a lot of posts by folks that are using MSE. Most seem to really love
it. I've seen however some posts that have confused me a little.
Does the Anti-virus update automatically or do you have to go to the site every
once in a while to update it?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I followed the directions and it worked.
But let me share something I tried after I thought about it.
What I did was open the email in question. I then shift tabbed up to the
attachments, and used the application key. I selected enter on remove.

I use Adolby acrobat reader's latest build, 9.4, with JFW 6.2, 11 and 12
with no problems. Just open the app and search for update.
