Hi Cliff, If you open the unsent message and copy it to the clip board, you can then delete the out box and the message will be gone and when you restart your computer the out box will be replaced without the unsent message. The out box is one of the default folders and will ve replaced with a

Mike, I downloaded the send space pdf documentation for using the wizard, then opened it and adobe opened naturally, it's all in links as on a web page, did you get that? I don't have any other PDF to test how jaws navigates, did you set it up with the screen reader when you installed Adobe?
