Niam, One thing that may help you with Windows Live Mail is did you turn off conversations and turn on Ribbons in Jaws? Until I did these two things, I absolutely hated WLM and fought it all the way. Turning off conversations makes your mail look so much like OutLook Express and using Ribbons

I guess that is entirely up to you. However, Ribbons are here in several products. Turning them on locks choices so they show up in the same place. It made more sense to me to just learn to live with them, turn them on for all programs and be done with it. But, I suppose you could do it for one
