[Blind-Computing] Outlook 2007 downloading all emails again

I do this routinely whenever that prompt pops up so I don't think that caused this event. I am using Windows 7 home premium 64 bit with Jaws 13.0.1006. Any ideas what could have caused this to happen and how I can cancel the download? It's downloading about 1gb worth of old emails. Gr

Becky, I am using a canon MX 430 series all in one printer. As Rick said the setup required sighted assistance but once it was set up I have had no problems. I can print from computers all over the house. It's fine for personal use. Not sure if it would work for a small office though. Greg
