Look in your control panel see if it's already there and what the version
number is, but if windows found it for your computer I would say you should
install it?

You are right a document scanner is not necessary for this. In fact my

Recently I unchecked some items in my ms config simular to what someone else

I just rebooted and after jaws came up so did a short message...

Just as strangely as it happened yesterday today it's no longer an issue. AVG
no longer suspects sygate's installer package to be a threat and is leaving it
alone. In fact last even somebody here in town was having the same problem
because when I setup AVG for them I failed to delete spf.exe
What does it actually do when claiming to heal a file? All of a sudden today it
wants to heal the installation file for sygate personal firewall. I have had
this thing sitting on here for years already but today AVG wants to heal it. It
