I have posted a similar question recently, but am going to try a different
angle. As I said, I am using Windows 7, 64 bit, and Outlook 2010. Now, I
installed JAWS 12 approximately 2 weeks ago, and that is when this problem
started. All of a sudden, when viewing emails from within Outlook, I can

Have you tried using the right arrow to make sure that you are in the link.

Melisa, I seriously doubt this is a Jaws problem. The thing that makes
it tough is that it occurred approximately the same time as jaws 12,
but, truth be told, it could also have occurred because of a program
being updated of which u were unaware.
