The run option should show up on the start menu. On my XP Home
machine, I bring up the start menu, hit R and the run dialogue
opens. Here is where one can type www.satogo.com and hit enter and
System Access will begin speaking shortly thereafter.

The key commands are very similar to JAWS, thus a very low learning curve.
The only thing you need to do without a screen reader
PERFECTED WITHOUT TRIALS.
