I had the same problem. I somehow managed to find the email address -
can't remember how now, but they told me they had problems with their
helpdesk software. Seems like they still haven't fixed that in three or
four years.

I tried contacting Draconis, but with no success. I got various automated
messages, but no human response. Are they still running?
I know that their web site is still running, and you can still buy games,
but that isn't the same thing.
