Nope, just make sure your wav file has the same name as the dan file,
and the game will use that. Also if it's an item that's gonna pan,
like a coin, an item

A coin behind you will pulse a lot slower than a coin in front of you.
And that goes for any items except enemies. Granted that's quite hard to
tell sometimes, hence the reason I replaced it with my own sounds.
