My advice (for what it's worth) is to be cautious about the sort of gutter guards you attempt to install. You can go to just about any reputable hardware store and purchase disreputable gutter guards. These would be the sort that either come in three foot lengths and incorporate some sort of scre

brice; No reason why you shouldn't be able to do it providing you know where your utility lines are. Don't know if anyone else has had experience with them, but there are some really cool ones on the market that have a solid top with holes at the end that seem to work really well.
