Thing i see with mixed moving to a different slot to open is about how
teams can practice and play together.
Here, almost every team in mixed is made up of either players who play open
for various teams, or teams that basically have the same or at least
similar line ups in both. There are obvio

At the risk of restating Benji's point, I also agree
with the possibility of banning bad spirited teams,
maybe even deducting points over the course of a game
- for major *spirit* fouls (normal fouls would still
be up to the players themselves), a point could be
deducted from the offending team
