Hi, the alternate install CD of Ubuntu comes with brltty. It starts, when teh display is connected via USB, and the install procedure can be performed. If connected serially, you must start it by hand: After a few seconds, press escape and enter twice. Then type install brltty=xx,/dev/ttyXx,text.

Hello everyone! I'm trying to use ubuntu 7.04 and I saw that developers integrated brltty for the console and ocra for graphical mode. My question is, Can I install ubuntu in text mode? I saw certainly that It is possible in graphical mode but the problem is that my braille display doesn't work i
