[bug #42921] grub2-mkconfig does not correctly prioritize rc vs production kernels

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #42921 (group grub): Ten years later, grub-mkconfig (GRUB) 2.12-5 still has this issue. Recently I installed the kernel 6.11.0-rc7 and then 6.11.0, when I made grub config file with grub-mkconfig it set 6.11.0-rc7 as the default item. ___
