Hi!
Have found strange problem! I have a bootable CD with GRUB on it and
trying to boot from it on subject.
Tried several versions, got:
0.5.94: "stage1 "
0.5.97: "GRUB Read error"
What could be the reason?

I have solved the problem by using CVS version of grub (last week CVS).
Now it works OK with our kernel-2

ldn't mount root device (03:01)
There is also SCSI drive which is seen as hd1.
Any hints?

, the only working combination is: old grub compiled on old system.
Then it works everywhere ;( But doesn't have latest nice features... ;(

ReiserFS root, probably because it's id is random (0x19).
Could you help me?
