When should LilyPond be spelled 'lilypond'? Is this debris resulting from
the name change of ly2dvi? It appears odd when the section 'Invoking
LilyPond' is followed by 'Invoking lilypond', even with one later stating

Hi!
I'm using your softwar LilyPond for 3 or 4 days now and find it really
powerfull! I was able to print wonderfull scores after a few hours,
which is pretty satisfying!
But after having looked for the answer over the net, in the tutorial
and manual, everywhere, I can't find the answer of a li
\applyoutput is listed as 'Applyoutput' under the table of contents (and
other connections). I see that on the able of contents, all topics start
capitalized, but \applyoutput is a function name, and when capitalized it has
a new meaning too right?

that's not a bug; the start of the bracket happens at the same time as
