when I try to draw a circle in a \markup context using PostScript I get an
additional unwanted line stretching from the zero coordinates (in LilyPond:
upper left corner of the page) to the point from where the circle is drawn (see

could abort with a meaningful error message about not
having access to the current directory, or the current directory no
longer exists, the user might be able to remedy the situation.
Minimally it would be nice to get rid of the warning.

especially if you are sight reading the movement at tempo. ;)

placed correctly but IMO in both cases the tremolo symbols are too
massive in

Also, a workaround for this problem is to override 'baseline-skip. I
modified your LY file to make the example more compact. See the
attached files.
