Now it works thanks to advice from Bryan Steele to switch BIOS from RAID

this bug is present in OpenBSD 4.7 and a few earlier releases. When using
the installation program and selecting using the full disk the computer
won't boot after install and the reason is that the system is installed on
partition 3, if one redo the install but selects manual run of fdi
