Thanks. I should have mentioned I did already try adding the "tls
tlsv1" directive in the gemini protocol section and it yielded the same

for a few days

I'm running OpenBSD-current on amd64 (dmesg below). I can test patches
but admit I got a bit lost this morning stepping through the certificate
verification code in usr.sbin/smtpd/{cert,mta_session,ssl_verify}.c
trying to debug this myself. I'll keep poking at it but would

An update on this bug: I have noticed it seems to be happening consistently on
cold boot, even in single user mode. Booting the installer image does not have
this result, though I can't test suspension from it.

More recent x1 carbon use USB-C IIRC but I have a 4th generation that
use this proprietary socket so you can't plug it elsewhere on the laptop.

Thanks for the insight. I was wondering if something like this might be
the case. Unfortunately, a V240 is too old to have PCIe slots. I am
stuck with XVR-600 (what I have, known to work, but outputs no video at
all for some reason in openbsd) and similar wildcat based cards that ar
my V240 broken? Is support for
this chipset not included in sparc64? Is there a bug?

The question I have is, what is vt-1? Is this the serial console? If so, why
is X connecting to it and not one of the usual virtual consoles? Why when I
try to use a virtual console, I get an error message that is suggestive of a
