The ZOOM meeting is open to all BVARC members. It is not meant to hide or deceive. The ZOOM meetings allow the BOD and members to meet without driving and makes better use of a person's time.  The question of having a face-to-face meeting was voted on again in 2022 and ZOOM was approved. It can
