The time has come to replace my 19 year old air conditioner at the house. I
am considering the choices of 2-speed vs. variable speed. Has anyone out

I’m in the business. So that being said. It is critical the system is sized correctly. Code requires that be done(manual J). To large humidity problems. To small not enough heat transfer. . As far as RF interference can be a problem with the Variable speed units no matter who the manufacture is. A
Yes. We just did our main unit with a Trane 16. No noise at all.
Shop around, I got SO MANY different quotes on the same unit. Some were 5k out
of the market.
