Explication, two problems:
- Whatever the web browser (Chromium or Firefox), the dock freeze during
the time of download, which for some applets taking some time to download seems
like a bug.
- Only in Chromium, it seems that downloading an app by "drag and drop"
makes only the app web
There is no crash. It is just freezing the dock and chromium. I don't know for
other web-browser.
This not a big bug, but it is just making the user think that the dock crashed,
so he will either kill cairo-dock, or reboot.

Your right it is not a very important bug. It is just annoying. We can
forget it if it is too hard or too expensive in memory to track
downloading windows.

So I agree it is a bug since the option says "hide when a window overlaps"
(translation from French).

So I just update to the last compiled cairo-dock package and the bug about
overlaping downloading windows is still there.
I tried on the cairo-dock session and it is the same.
However, the usb bug is fixed.
Any confirmation of the bug ?
