when testing I see:
error:Can't mkdir
/var/www/virtual/domnukem.com/htdocs/neo/app/webroot/uploads/7594be0ffbdb99c5ff28c42586f79645:
Permission denied
I guess you need to create this uploads dir and/or to give it the
right permissions for the server to be able to write inside...
