Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
2 cups chopped apples (peeled)
11/2 t. soda
1 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. allspice
1/2 t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup English walnuts (optional)
Cream sugar, oil and eggs together. Sift dry
