Hi Jack and B
I have always had great success with the Patty Cake Polka - the only ONS dance
where I can stop calling!
One of my current favorites came from a discussion on this group a few months

Hi Jack and Bob,
I (mis) read the dance with
A1 RH Star; N Right Allemand 1 1/2
A2 1/2 Hey (gents lead start L sh); N Sw
which progresses and gives 8 beat swings.
I don't recognize it however

Did you get the dance correctly? What was sent does not progress, and as I
read it the A2 swing is with partner, not neighbor. As for a possible
correction:

A2. 2,8,6 Gents pass L, 1/2 hey (PR, LL, NR, GL), P swing

have not kept up with conversations. The most I've been able to
Dean Snipes called me a few weeks ago with this dance asking if it had
already been written. As simple as it is, I suspect that it has been, but
didn't have a dance in particular to point to. Anyone recognize it? If
so, can you put a name to it?
