It seems that some of the features of carbon-3.0.0 chunk 2 and 3 products
are not updated in carbon-3.0.0 P2 repo [1]. When I tried to install service
hosting feature on DSS, the partially completed DS tree wizard also got

org.codehaus.mojo.jspc.compiler.JspCompiler is not in
org.codehaus.mojo.jspc:jspc-maven-plugin:2.0-alpha-3. But I can build it
without any trouble.

We didn't do this in Hackathon mode but wanted each person to attend to this

Even though the Identity Server stores the entitlement policy in the
Registry it does not allow us to look up such a policy stored in the
Registry.
This would be useful to us especially in a federated Registry scenario.
