PHP Extension gd is not loaded.
Could not connect to database server localhost with username root: Client does
not support authentication
Which Linux distributions are you using and which version of care2x are

It only exists in that version. Of course you could argue that billing
doesn't belong in an application such as Care2x and that the
information on what is to be billed should be transferred to a
specialist accounting application to raise the bill.
