Yes, that ADC works for ADC2X550-12.
I made those ADC and DAC board with rick for the MKID project. We have
tested it and used it for observation, it works well.
I might also have a board with me that can give you for testing.

Yellow block we have only is only katadc, is this adc_mkid_4x ,
with mask:
Interface block for the MKID 12-bits ADC board (2xADS54RF63)
we don't have any ADC hardware at present, so this yellow block haven't been
tested yet,
But assume this work, could it be used for ADC2X550-12?

I don't think anyone has done quite what you're planning. In HERA we have
no FPGA fans and only external airflow, but in our case we place the SNAP
boards in RFI-enclosures, with the FPGA thermally coupled to the enclosure

The ADC2X550-12 is identical to the ADC portion of the "MKID_ADC_DAC", so
if someone has a yellowblock that works with the latter it'll work with the
former.
