Yesterday we banded Gray-cheeked Thrush and Wood Thrush an, last week, a very dark Veery a la Newfoundland sub-spp. Today we had Brown Creeper, Ruby-crowned Kinglet and Golden-crowned Kinglet as well as Swainson's Thrush. Gorsbeaks still dribbling through as are Nashville, Magnolia and Myrtle wa

I was at Sapsucker Woods much of the morning 20 September on various trails.I found at least 4 small mixed flocks, widely separated in time and location, but they didn't seem to be fast-moving, and my species list differs from Laura Stenzler's, so I think we found different flocks.  I wonder where
