Your CM server is using Daylight Saving Time by default. If you don't want your CM server to use Daylight Saving Time, then do the followings: 1. Double-click the clock on the task bar to open up the Date and Time Properties window 2. Select the Timezone tab 3. Uncheck Automatically adjust

Well, you answered your own question right there. The clock summer-time UTC recurring on the NTP master would offset the time synch with CM Server. So you 2 options. Option #1, use clock summer-time UTC recurring on the NTP master and enable DST on CCM server. Or option #2, do not use clock
