You need to create 4 CH for that 1. CH for HG ( eg 1234) 2. CH for PH HQ 3. CH for PH3 BR1 4. CH for PSTN You will be using alternate transfer and alternate greating rules as once alternate is enabled it gets the highest priority Create HG CH (1234). Enable alter

Well, I can verify it on unity, and it passes all of 4 ports successfully. (btw, I can make it work only when I change port of ccm on unity integration wizard to 2002 !!!) ,I donnow yet why by 2000 it was not integrate to ccm. I didn't change any default ports on ccm . on ccm after resetting ports

It sounds like unity is not registering its ports with the callmanager. On the Unity server, go into the Telephony Integration under system tools and test your integration. If that fails make sure the port names in unity match what you have set on callmanager. Try restarting Unity too. jeremy

What happens when you dial you voicemail pilot? Does the call ring through? Are phones able to access voicemail via the messages key? If the answers to the above are yes, then I would look at possible codec or CAC problems. For example is the call rinnging into the phone 729, then trying to go
