If you record message in unity ,copy over to TFTP directory in CCM, then
move it to flash on CME router, you would have to reload audio prompt.
audio-prompt load flash:en_bacd_welcome.au

when the call comes on 3101 and 3001 is busy there should be call
waiting on 3001 and same for phone 2 whencall comes on 3102 and it's

More then likely is a codec issue. You must go G711ulaw to BACD. If you
want G729 across the WAN/GK you will need a Xcoder at the SiteC RTR to hear
audio from a HQ phone.

I have setup B-ACD script on my SiteC router.When i call from SiteC phones

I believe this depends on the License file you uploaded on the IPCCX server.
Standard version of IPCC only includes limited functionality. Although you
should be able to run basic scripts on it.

Can you do a ping and check the round trip time?

I have never had that issue please. Kindly double hcekc the settings under Tool
for the correct CCM IP Address which should be your CME IP address please.
