This is not the first time i am configuring Gatekeepers... but often i
do get registration errors.. and i usually do troubleshoot them
but this time.. its looking impossible.. could you people please throw

GW1 and GW2 appear to try and register to GW1 gatekeeper
You have two different zones registering with the same tech prefix. If you
follow the flow diagram showing how calls are processed on GK, you'd realize
that when you are sending the call to GK, GK is likely trying to hairpin it
back to the same gateway that sent it over in the first place
Oh, and one other thing. Look at your h323-id in both gateway
configurations. I have struggled in the past with gateways that wouldn't
register when everything was actually correct.

at CCM side. I initially had Xcoder on CME but never got invoked. I tried IPIP

That's normal. A lot of the parameters throw that warning when you configur
