Hi Cliff, Thank you for responding. I created 3 separate location for HQ, BR1, and Trunk. Just HQ location is limited to 24K and two rests are unlimited. The problem is if a call connection between BR2 and HQ was created first, the BR1 phones can't call HQ phone. It prompt no enough bandwidth.

To make it work for IP to IP call, you need create a new DP with a Region in it it that speaks G711 with everybody. The idea is to create a G711 stream between Site B phones and MOH server. MOH from Flash doesn't work when the stream is G729. Here is a nice link for your reference:-
