Ok , I found the primary problem. I forgot to put PIM on the HQ router interface facing my CCM servers. Multicast MOH is now working with g.711 or g.729 depending on the Region settings. I still have the problem where the PSTN call is disconnected after approx 50 secs. This doesn't happen on phon

Actually, you might be able to do it if it is on CME. Assign button 2 as an overlay, and put the mailbox number DN on the overlay ephone-dn. It should be hard forwarded so it will never ring, but I bet that would make the envelope appear the way being discussed. From: Cristi Radescu Sen
