dial peer 100, then it hits dial peer 800, then the pstn sends the call back
to the br2 gw and call finally hits 32143003 dial peer (mva service), so

First off, check connectivity between the two servers make sure
there isn't anything blocking them...
Are they colocated, or across a WAN?
Once you have verified this, reboot the publisher...
Once the publisher comes back up and all services are started wait 15
minutes and reboot the subscr
