I had the same issue so sent email to support and they sent me lic file to
upload but I had wired error after uploading file but yes check with
support.

Are you using NM-HDV or NM-HDV2? They are configured differently.

Any scripting will be basic... there will be no integration with other
equipment be prepared to get digits, 0 out, time of day check,
xfer to vm, agent-based routing...
That kind of stuff...
Then again... Cisco is on a mean streak recently...
