After the integration of the presence server to the callmanager. using the
cupc client as a desktop control for hq phone 2
i encountered the following issues
1. the CUPC does not show the domain name entered in the presence server on
the phone. it just displays the extension

I am having 7.x CCM , having issues in case of forwared callls . Here is
the scnerio
Phone A (3001) calls Phone B (3002) , on phone B the Call forward no answer
is mentioned as 99810665473
The call is going to 9810665473 when Phone A calls B and Phone B doesnot
answer.

You have to use the External phone number mask under the DN and selected
on the route pattern, or just use the Transformation MASK for the
calling number under the Route Pattern to fix the DID to go out with the
correct one.

Marc - It's not just you. I have the same experience that you have.
Everything is blank under downloads after migrating the account. It seems
that the account was migrated because it won't let me migrate it again. I

I saw a previous post that showed the procedure on logging in and getting
access to your files.
Once logged in some folks did not see their content. It was suggested to log
out and back in then the files were there.
