You need to create the SIPMACADDRESS.cnf file. To do this add the mac and phone type inside a voice register pool. Then go back to voice register global and create profile. Verify the SIPMACADDRESS.cnf file is created (or said alias) by using the show voice register tftp- cmd. BUT- it¹s better
